The masthead is in the magazines style in gold across the
top. Gold resembles power, strength and perfection which is what woman may
desire the most. The masthead is party covered by the image but this isn't a
problem as the vogue magazines are already well known so does not have to be
fully shown.
The cover lines are aimed at woman as they are relating to
woman's fashion and the image. There are a lot of cover lines on different
topics. Parts of the cover lines are in bold to stand out to the audience with
most being in white which stands out from the blue background. Black is used
for one of the cover lines to show importance and make it stand out the most.
The main image is of the recording artist, actress, and
fashion designer Rihanna. The image covers half of the cover and show her
looking at the camera. It looks as though she's looking at the audience so this
is more likely to grab their attention. Her hair is red which also draws
attention to the cover.
